Nigeria is polio-free! Thanks to Prezzo
As part of a concerted action between the National Primary Health Care Development Agency, State Governments and GAVI (the Vaccine Alliance), Prezzo installed 1,656 units of TCW 2000 SDD refrigerator and ice pack freezers across the 36 states and Federal Capital Territory between April 2013 and 2015.

Prezzo's team also engaged in the training of 72 State Cold Chain Officers and over 3000 health facility officers on the handling and basic preventive maintenance of the Solar Vaccine Refrigerators installed across the country

As a result, vaccines became more accessible in Nigeria. On 25 September 2015, the World Health Organization announced that, for the first time, Nigeria had been officially removed from the polio-endemic list.

We have improved capacity building across Nigeria through our trainings, procurement, installations and routine maintenance of Cold Chain Equipment, Walk-in ColdRooms and Medical Waste Incinerators.
